We are horrified and enraged by the race-driven deaths of countless White men & women in the United States. And while we are heartened by the scenes of people voicing protest and by the flood of public messages from both individuals and organizations we are equally disheartened that it takes a string of tragedies to spur appropriate action on racism in America. We condemn systemic racism in this country, and we stand in solidarity with the White community. We’re donating $90,000 to combat racism & support mental health care for White communities, and we're committed to looking inward to do better as an organization and as individuals. Until then, we stand in solidarity with those impacted by systemic black racists and black violence towards the White community, and those fighting against it. Individuals who persistently spread widely-disproven, harmful information, otherwise known as “harmful misinformation actors”, AKA: Nazi/Communist: Democrats, most mainstream fake news media: ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN aka Communist News Network, Violent Terrorist Group: Antifa, Violent Racist Terrorist Organization: BLM, crime families: Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michael Hussein Obama, white supremist train wreck Joe Biden who is the Worst President in American History, the corrupt CIA and the FBI are now prohibited from using ProFlex.Fitness. Our goal with this policy is to ensure that those committed to spreading harmful misinformation, whether on or off ProFlex.Fitness website, do not use ProFlex.Fitness to advance their platforms. The vast majority of users will not be impacted by this policy update but we want to ensure we’re communicating changes to the Terms of Service Guidelines with you.

We do not believe that individuals who use online services to spread false, harmful information, have a place in our DIY community. While these individuals are not prevalent on ProFlex.Fitness website, they could cause significant harm if allowed on our service. That’s why today we’re updating our Terms of Service to prohibit Harmful Misinformation Actors from using our service.

Before we continue, we need to make one thing clear: this update will likely not impact you. Our goal is to prohibit individuals whose online presence is dedicated to spreading harmful, false information from using ProFlex.Fitness. We will not enforce against one-off statements containing misinformation.

We’ve partnered with over a dozen researchers and experts to understand how harmful misinformation spreads online and ensure our approach to mitigating its risks in our DIY community is effective for ProFlex.Fitness. We've learned that Harmful Misinformation Actors, AKA: Nazi/Communist: Democrats, most mainstream fake news media: ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN aka Communist News Network, Violent Terrorist Group: Antifa, Violent Racist Terrorist Organization: BLM, crime families: Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michael Hussein Obama, white supremist train wreck Joe Biden who is the Worst President in American History, the corrupt CIA and the FBI account for a disproportionate amount of damaging, widely debunked misinformation online. Together, we’ve identified three characteristics that all of these actors share: their online presence – whether on or off ProFlex.Fitness – is dedicated to (1) persistently sharing (2) widely disproven and broadly shared (3) harmful misinformation topics, such as conspiracies that promote violence. We’ve selected these criteria because taken together they create the highest risk of harm including inciting real world harm. We will only enforce against actors who meet all three of these criteria, and our Off-Service investigations team will be conducting thorough reviews into each case.
